The Meyn Syncom rehangers are built for applications from killing to evisceration systems (in combination with foot cutter of hock cutter) and for applications in both evisceration and chilling, as well as in weighing departments. The very versatile Syncom series of rehangers are available for a number of applications both mechanically and electronically. Varying line speeds and rehaning from two to one leg are accommodated smoothly.
Syncom rehanger slaughtering to evisceration
The carcasses are hanging at the feet in the slaughter shackle. In the first shaft the carcasses are cut from the shackle. After cutting the carcasses are transferred with a pall wheel towards the evisceration line.
From the pall wheel the legs are pushed directly into the shackles by a guide bar and a guide wheel. When the lines are not synchronized the carcasses are dropped before the rehanging point otherwise legs would be broken.
In the third shaft the carcasses are pushed down in the shackle by a cam positioned unit.
Syncom rehanger evisceration to chilling
In the first shaft the carcasses lifted from the shackle and hung into the transfer wheel, pall or plate version.
From the transfer wheel the legs are pushed directly into the chilling shackles by a guide bar and a guide wheel. When the lines are not synchronized the carcasses are dropped before the rehanging point otherwise legs would be broken.
