The Meyn Training Centre enables you to get the best out of your Meyn systems. Training is suitable when you are new to the poultry processing business or already have many years of experience. The programs are customer focused, based on your needs and wishes. We truly believe our training can be an added value to your business. Training ensures you an effective plant operation with the lowest downtime; the highest yield and product quality; and last but not least skilled and motivated staff.
To guarantee interaction and individual attention, we allow a minimum of three and maximum of six participants on the majority of our training programs.
Key to all Meyn training is interaction and hands-on activities. Programs are developed and given by experienced specialist trainers. They take your specific questions and needs into account. In this way, your staff benefits from a practical application in an ideal training environment. Generally our training consists of a combination of (1) theory and (2) practice:
1) Classroom setting: presentation, demonstration, simulation, quiz, writing test, inventory, and group discussion;
2) Hands-on practice in plant or training centre: product and machine inspections, undertaking correct adjustments and preventive maintenance, solving worst case scenarios and trouble shooting.
